Volunteer patio maintenance
To provide maintenance of the patio, decking, chairs and light fittings around the areas where patients and families sit.
The role
The core role involves general tidying, making sure patio umbrellas and furniture are maintained, sweeping, other basic maintenance, and working on a ladder to clean lights (jet washing will not be included).
There will be opportunities to get involved in other aspects of maintenance if desired such as:
- General building maintenance – building desks, office moves, fixing broken items
- General estate works – keeping the outside of the building looking nice
- Any other general maintenance activity that may arise that is suitable for the volunteer skill set
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, who is proactive and enthusiastic, as well as being approachable and wants to work as part of a team.
