Steps for reading and signing the risk assessments

1 Select and read the relevant risk assessment from the list of links below, which will open in a new tab. Please ignore the last page on each risk assessment. This is NOT where you sign to acknowledge that you’ve read it.

2 Once you’ve read the risk assessment, return to this page and fill in this form to acknowledge you have read the risk assessment. Once you have completed the form, you will be returned to the Volunteer hub landing page.

3 For multiple assessments, you will need to fill in the form for each one. You can navigate back to this page via the link on each volunteer role page.
