Cal Ritchie’s Oxford Half Marathon
Cal took on the Oxford Half in October, alongside Lily from BRITA, and chose to dress up as BRITAny, a giant water droplet!

Why did you choose to support Katharine House Hospice with your fundraising?
I chose to support Katharine House Hospice because I know how vital the services provided by hospices are to people during extremely difficult times in their lives. The strain on these services is greater than ever, and I wanted to help.
Tell us a bit about your event or activity
I work at IRIS, a global creative MicroNetwork, and work closely with the team at BRITA. I ran the Oxford Half Marathon with Lily from BRITA, while wearing a giant water droplet costume called ‘BRITAny’.
“It was such a challenging and rewarding experience, as it was my first run ever longer than 10k! It made it even more worthwhile knowing that the money raised was going to a great charity like Katharine House Hospice.” Cal
